(4)Name, career and qualification as an airman of designated examiner (any person who engages in competence check for theoretical subjects or practical flight on a course of the said Training School. Hereinafter the same);
(5)Outline of training facilities;
(6)Contents and method of training
(7)Method of competence evaluation; and
(8)Matters certifying clearly that the said issues conform to the standards listed in each item of the following Article.

 

(Standards for Designation of a Training School for Airmen)
Article 50-(4). The designation of Training School for Airmen under Article 29 paragraph 4 of the Law is established for those which have achieved the following standards the following standards:
(1)To be a Training School established by a provider who meets the following requirements;
a)He shall not be a person who has committed any offence within the past two years with regard to the issuance of a certificate for completion of an Approved Training School for Airmen on an examination under Article 29 paragraph 1 of the Law (including when applied accordingly to Article 29-(2) paragraph 2 of the Law or Article 34 paragraph 3 of the Law), or who has been sentenced to a penalty heavier than a fine in violation of laws and the execution of die sentence has terminated or was suspended within less than two years from the time of application (hereinafter referred to as “disqualified person” in this Article).
b)He shall be deemed to be able to operate the said Training School reliably and efficiently;
c)He shall have sufficient experience with regard to the training of airmen; and
d)When a person is a juridical body, any official of the said juridical body (including any person who has the overall authority or controlling power equivalent to or more than those the official has in spite of whatever name he uses) shall not be a disqualified person.
(2)An administrator who meets the following requirements shall be posted.
He shall:
a)Be at least 25 years of age;
b)Not be a disqualified person;
c)Be deemed capable of administration of the proper operation of the said Training School; and
d)Have the knowledge and experience necessary for the training of airmen.
(3)Ground school instructors who meet the following requirements shall be posted in excess of the necessary number. They shall:
a)Be at least 21 years of age;
b)Have obtained competence certification or hold an instrument rating
